Chicken Kafta is the chicken version of classic Lebanese Kebab made from ground meat. It is mildly spiced and has very finely chopped parsley and onions blended into the mixture.
Ingredients:
500 grams chicken, minced
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 cup parsley, chopped
3-4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tbsp sumac
1 tsp black pepper powder, freshly ground
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp paprika hot
salt
Instructions:
Step 1:
Combine and mix 500 grams of chicken, 1 medium onion finely chopped, 1 cup of parsley, 3-4 finely chopped garlic cloves, 1 tbsp of sumac, 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp of ground cardamom, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon, 1 tsp of hot paprika and salt.
Step 2:
Take a fistful portion of the mixture and mold it on a wooden skewer.
Step 3:
Grill in a preheated oven at 180 degrees till the chicken is cooked.
Step 4:
Chicken Kafta Kabab is ready.
