In this recipe we are doing a double layer of flavour by marinating the chicken breast in some simple spices first and then serving it with a creamy mushroom sauce which is like liquid gold .
Creamy Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients :-
Button Mushroom – 300 gm
Garlic chopped – 1 tbsp
White wine – 1/2 cup
Chicken stock – 1 cup
Heavy cream – 1 cup
Parmesan cheese grated – 1/2 cup
Pepper power – 1 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Fresh thyme – 1/2 tsp
Olive oil – 3 tbsp
Marinated Chicken Breast
Ingredients :-
Chicken breast – 2
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Pepper power – 1 tsp
Smoked paprika – 1/2 tsp
Olive oil – 2 tsp
Marination time – 10 minutes
Cooking time – 5 minutes on each side on low heat
