Chicken in BBQ (Quick & Easy meal)

(For non-veg marinate Paneer or Tofu or Cauliflower- Cut your cauliflower into slices or “steaks”.marinate with BBQ sauce

INGREDIENTS
-400g Without skin Boneless chicken breast
-3 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
-2 tsp Dijon mustard sauce or any mustard sauce
-1tsp paprika powder
-1 tsp palm sugar
-4 gloves of garlic grated
-2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
-1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
-11/2 tbsp light soy

Method
-wach and cut chilies into thin cutlets
-mix all the above ingredients in a wide bowl let it rest for 1 hour or so

-Heat a pan add olive oil on medium-heat
-Cook chicken about 6 minutes per side without moving them around
(Do not over cook them)
-When finished transfer chicken breasts to a foil close the foil let it rest for 5 minutes
-This seals the juice in keeping your chicken breast nice & moist
-this marinate adding the char to the chicken from the barbecue sauce
-Serve with your favorite salad or pastas dishes on side it goes so well with just about anything

GREEN SALAD
4 Romaine lettuce leaves
2-cucumber cut
-5-6 strawberries or half green apple
-1 tomato cut
-1/2 cup boiled corn
