Ingredients:
Chicken: 250g
Vinegar: 1 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Kashmiri chilli powder: 1 tea spoon
Cinnamon, cardamom and cloves
Ginger,garlic onion paste
Finely chopped onion
Milk
Procedure:
Marinate the chicken with salt, vinegar and Kashmiri chilli powder.
In 2 tea spoon of rice bran oil, add chopped onion and garam masala (cardamom, cinnamon,cloves). Then add ginger garlic and onion paste. Stir fry them. then add marinated chicken, a bit of salt and sugar. Cook for 5 minutes and then add milk. Let it cook for approximately 20-30 mins and so chicken Hungary is ready!!!š¤©
