Chicken Fritters/Chicken Pakora Recipe
½ cup onion chopped
¼ cup chopped tomatoes
¼ cup chopped coriander leaf
1 cup boneless chicken (cut in small cubes)
1 tsp roughly crushed coriander seed
1 tsp roughly crushed zeera/cumin
1 tsp chilli flakes
½ tsp sweet paprika
½ tsp salt
3 tbsp all-purpose flour/maida
½ tsp baking powder
1/3 cub shredded mozzarella cheese
1 egg
Oil for frying
Mix all the above ingredients. Take a spoonful of the mixture and make loose round balls. Heat oi in a pan and fry on medium heat until they turn golden brown. Serve with mint yogurt.
