Punch Cinnamon

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper optional
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup flour
1 cup condensed tomato soup
2 cups tomato sauce
2 cups chicken broth
14 flour tortilla
Mozzarella cheese and cheddar ( Mexican cheese)
