INGREDIENTS :

700 Gms boneless chicken breast fillet cut in 2 by 2 inch pieces
1 tomato
4 tbs tomato sauce
2 tbs chopped garlic
1 onion sliced
6 tbs oil
2 tbs butter
3/4 cup all purpose flour
2 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp blackpepper powder
2 cups chicken stock
150 gms mushrooms
150 ml cream
Parsley to garnish
