Chicken barbecue recipe it’s a family recipe that I follow for years when I do barbecue

Ingredients you will need for
3 kg of chicken
-2tbs salt or as taste
-2TBS lemon juice

-1CUP yogurt
-1tbs ginger paste
-1tbs garlic paste
-1tbs tandoori masala
-1tbs cumin powder
-1tbs chilli powder
-1tbs black pepper powder
-1tbs paprika powder
-1tbs coriander powder
-2TBS ketchup
-1/2TSP red food colour (optional)

-2TBS olive oil
-2TBS barbecue sauce

Mixture for brush the chicken
-1tbs garlic finely chopped
-1tbs chilli sauce
-1/4 cup butter

Serve hot with polau/naan/paratha/baguette and salad 😋
