Ingredients + instructions
1 Cup of flour
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tbsp of corn starch
1 tbsp of cayenne pepper
1 tbsp Garlic powder
1tbsp onion powder
1tbsp Paprika
1 Tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Black pepper
1 cup milk
1 egg
1tsp garlic
1tsp Black pepper
1tsp Salt
We marinated chicken in plain Greek yogurt for 30 minutes
Then dip chicken from milk/egg mix to flour.
Coat evenly. Let chill for 5-10 minutes
Drop into oil when it’s hot
High heat oil
Medium -high heat
10 minute cooking time
5 minutes on each side
Brioche Buns or multi grain (toast inside)
Serve
