Cheesy Sloppy Joe Rolls

INGREDIENTS:

Dinner rolls (Preferably Brioche but regular rolls could work)

1 lb ground meat of your choice
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
2 – 3 tsps Minced garlic
1/4 cup diced Onion
1/4 cup diced Bell peppers
Unsalted Beef broth
A few splash of Worsectershire
1/4 cup or more ketchup
3 sprigs Fresh thyme
Soy sauce to taste (some brands are very salty so be careful with how much salt you add in the beginning)

Mozzarella Cheese slices or one of your choice. Shredded cheese works as well
