Ingredients (doctored from the recipe linked below):
1/4 cup beer
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 ounces cream cheese softened
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp hot sauce
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese shredded
8 oz pepper jack cheese shredded
1/4 cup jarred diced pimentos drained
