6 medium red skin potatoes
1 package garlic smoked sausage (any kind you like)
Unlimited garlic cloves i used about 8
1 large red bell pepper
1 large onion
5 tbsp butter
2 tbsp spicy girl
1 tbsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese(as much as you want)
