CHEESY BAKE NACHO | QUICK & EASY RECIPE | BETTER THAN TAKE OUT

Super yummy bake nacho its quick and easy to make better than take out

INGREDIENTS:

CHEESE SAUCE

1 cup grated cheese
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup nestle cream
2 tsp flour
1 tbsp butter

Heat the pan put butter add flour mix well then add evaporated milk and nestle cream if its already mixed and thickened put the grated cheese unti its melt and set aside

GROUND BEEF

250 grams minced beef
3 tsp oil
5 cloves of garlic
1 onion
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Sauté garlic, onion and ground beef season with paprika, salt and pepper. Set aside

Chopped tomato and jalapeños ( you can use red bell pepper if you have )

In a baking tray assemble the beef, tomato, jalapeño and top with cheese white sauce you can add more cheese 🤤

Preheat oven and bake at 180 degrees ( 20 minutes )
