No oven, no problem. This quick no-bake lasagna comes together in one pot. Perfect for the holidays!

Recipe:
4 slices of bacon
250g Ground Pork
250g Ground Beef (20% fat)
1/3 cup red wine
1/2 tsp each of: garlic powder, oregano and smoked paprika.

3 cloves of garlic,
1 white onion,
300ml of tomato puree,
800grams of canned whole peeled tomatoes,
5 tbsp of mascarpone
4tbs ricotta cheese
1 bunch flat leaf parsley
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
15 lasagna sheets
