These Chicken Sliders are bursting with flavours and perfect for kids lunchbox , parties, teatime snack or even as a dinner.

Ingredients:
Chicken (boneless)(small cubes)350g
Garlic Paste 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Red Chilli Powder 1 teaspoon
Black Pepper 1 teaspoon
Paprika Powder 1 teaspoon
Soya Sauce 2 tablespoon
Chill Sauce 2 tablespoon
Oil 3 tablespoon
Onion 1 Small (sliced)
Capsicum 1 (julienne)
Burger Buns (long) 6
Mozzarella Cheese as required (shredded)
Method:
Add all the ingredients in a chicken except vegetables and cheese and cook on low flame by covering it with lid until chicken is done.
Add vegetables in a chicken and cook for five minutes by covering it with lid on a low flame.
Line the lower part of burger buns on a baking tray,spread chicken on top,add shredded cheese,cover with top part of burger buns and apply oil or melted butter on top.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until cheese melts and you have a crispy brown colour on top.
Enjoy with ketchup or your favourite sauce.
