1 pound cauliflower florets, chopped into 1/2 inch pieces
salt&pepper& paprika to taste
1 cup mayo
1/2 tablespoon yellow mustard
2 teaspoon fresh dill
1/2 cup finely chopped dill pickle
2 celery stalks, finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped red onions
3 tablespoons pickle juice
2 hard boiled eggs- chopped
sliced 2 hard boiled eggs and paprika, for garnish
Steam cauliflower till done, but still with a bite to it.
Mix everything in a bowl together, and add garnishes.
Chill in fridge till ready to serve
