Ingredients:
1 medium head of Cauliflower
3 Tablespoon Olive Oil
3 Tablespoon Cold Butter
¼ Cup All-purpose flour
3 Cups Cold Milk
1 ½ Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Cheese of your choice)
Salt & Pepper (To Taste)
Dash of sweet Paprika (Optional)
1 Teaspoon Olive Oil

Service size: 4-6
