Hello Everyone, Hope this video finds you well. It’s a goody LOL This is one of our favorite side dishes to a main staple in just about everything.

So on to all the important Stuff:
This is one of my recipes and I hope you love it as much as we do.

BBQ your corn- to how ever you like it ( we used 15 dozen)
Let cool – Cut off the kernels

In a large bowl with the corn add the following
1-2 Large white Onions
1 Purple Onion
10 med cloves of garlic
4 large Bell Peppers- colour your choice
5 TBSP Parsley
2 TBSP Ground Ginger
2 TBSP Smoked Paprika
2 TBSP Cumin
2 TBSP Chili Powder
Fill Jars to 1 inch headspace
add your liquid to 1 inch headspace and de Bubble well
wipe rims of jars well and a lid and ring to finger tip tight
add to your prepared canner
Process for 500 ML 55 Minutes and 1 Litre 85 minutes
