Camping Food – Goulash in 4 Steps in cast iron cooking pot

MN_NatureTales is always hungry for Goulash! We got a brand new cast iron pot and wanted to go all in with ‘cooking delicious meals when camping’.

Ingredients:
2 cups redskin potatoes, cubed
3 tbps. olive oil 1 small onion, diced
1 tbps. minced garlic
1 large tomato, diced
1 yellow or green pepper, cut into chunks
2 tbps. hungarian paprika
1 x 16 oz package of hot dogs, cut into slices salt & pepper to taste
4-5 cups water

You will also need:
Dry wood
Fire place
Cast iron pot
A stick for stirring
Knifes
And a mug for beer, coffee or tea!
