Bored of pizza? Meet pizza’s cousin Calzone. The cheesy goodness of pizza wraped in an almighty bread that will tease your taste buds in all the right ways.
A calzone is somewhat similar to a Stromboli. A calzone is a baked turnover stuffed with pizza ingredients. A Stromboli is usually made by rolling up dough with cheese and meat ingredients and is then baked, but it does not generally contain pizza ingredients aside from cheese and Italian meats. Generally, Strombol’s do not usually contain tomato sauce, unlike calzones. A calzone is crescent-shaped, and a Stromboli is usually shaped like a long cylinder. The distinction between the two is complicated because there is some variation in what constitutes a Stromboli.

Ingredients:
Dough:
1. Maida/All Purpose Flour- 2 cup
2. Yeast- 1 and 1/2 tbsp
3. Sugar- 1tbsp
4. Salt- as required
5. Water- 3/4 cup
Stuffing:
1. Boneless Chicken- 1 cup
2. Salt- as required
3 Black Pepper- 1 tsp
4. Oil-2 tbsp
5. Red chili powder/Paprika powder
6. Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
7. Baby Spinach- 1/2 cup
8. Sriracha- 1 tbsp
9. Minced Garlic- 1 tbsp
Sauces:
1. Alfredo Sauce-2 and 1/2 tbsp
2. Sriracha- 1 tbsp
Cheese:
1. Mozzarella cheese- 1/2 cup
2. Fiesta Cheese- 1/2 cup
Others:
1. Oregano- 1 tsp
2. Chili flakes-1 tsp
3. Egg White- 1
Chicken Salad:
1. Fried Chicken- 1/4 cup
2. Baby Spinach- 1/4 cup
3. Tomato- 1 large
4. Onion- 1/3 cup
5. Celery- 1/4 cup
6. Salt- as required
7. Black pepper- 1 tsp
