Hi guys this is Pratyush and welcome to my channel…Please like and share this video and subscribe to my channel if you haven’t already

Ingredients:-
Potatoes – 3
Coating –
Corn starch – 2 tbsp
Maida / All purpose flour – 1 tbsp
Some water
For shallow frying –
Oil
For cajun sauce –
Mayonnaise – 1/2 cup
Chilli flakes – 1/2 tsp
Mixed herbs – 1/2 tsp
Salad mix – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Paprika / Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Milk – 3/4 cup
For garnishing –
Peri Peri Masala (optional)
Finely chopped coriander leaves (optional)
