In this video we are going to prepare Cajun spiced potato, with a homemade Cajun mayonnaise (eggless).
Cajun potato is a tasty, crunchy potato with creamy Cajun spiced mayonnaise poured on top, and garnished with chopped onions, coriander leaves and paprika.
Ingredients:
Baby potatoes: 20
Water – to boil
Salt
To prepare the batter for coating potatoes
Corn starch/corn flour: 1/4 cup
All purpose flour/maida: 1/4 cup
Rice flour: 1 tbsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
Herbs mixed: 1/2 tsp
To prepare Cajun mayonnaise (eggless)
Chilled milk: 1/2 cup
Oil: 1/2 cup
Sugar: 1/2 tsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Vinegar: 1 tbsp
Garlic powder: 2 tsp
Onion powder: 1 tsp
Paprika powder(or Kashmiri chili powder): 2 tsp
Black pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
For garnishing
Finely chopped onions: 1 tsp
Chopped coriander: 1 tsp
Paprika powder(or Kashmiri chili powder)
