Chicken Protein Bowl:
3 Chicken Breast, chopped
2 Ears of Corn, removed from cobb
1 Bundle of Asperegus, chopped
1 Cup of Brocolli, chopped
2 Bell Peppers, chopped
1 Bundle of Dino Kale, cleaned and chopped
4 Green Onions, Chopped
1/2 Cup of Chopped Cherry Tomatoes
1 Can of Black Beans
Avocado
1/4 Feta Cheese
Homemade Ranch (recipe here:

🥣 Cajun Spice Recipe:
2 ½ teaspoons Smoked Paprika
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
1 teaspoons dried Oregano
1 teaspoons dried Thyme
1 teaspoon ground Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
½ teaspoon Chili Powder

Cajun Chicken Recipe:
In a bowl combine the dry ingredents for the cajun spice. Mix well and add chopped chicken breast and mix well.
In a cast iron skillet, add a little olive oil and bring to a medium heat. Add chicken and cook thouroughly.
