Soy Sauce – 1 Tablespoon
Tomato Sauce – 2 Tablespoons
Oyster Sauce – 1/2 Teaspoon
Black Pepper – 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt to Taste
Ginger Paste – 1 Tablespoon
Garlic Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Paprika Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Cumin Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
Coriander Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Dried Thyme – 1/4 Teaspoon (Optional)
1 Egg
Buttermilk – 1/3 Cup
For the Breading:
All Purpose Flour – 2 Cups
Corn Flour – 1 Tablespoon
Salt to Taste
Black Pepper – 3/4 Teaspoon
Garlic Powder – 3/4 Teaspoon
Paprika Powder – 3/4 Teaspoon
Buttermilk – 3 Tablespoons
