Butter Chicken Recipe | ഒരു സൂപ്പർ സ്പെഷ്യൽ ബട്ടർ ചിക്കൻ | Bhakshanasala Butter Chicken Masala
Steps:-
1. Get some yogurt, some saffron, salt, red chilli powder, paprika powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, lime and mix them well together. Place in the fresh chicken and spread the masala through. Marinate overnight or refrigerate for 3-4 hrs.
2. Get a pan, add in two spoons of butter, vegetable oil and let it heat. Shallow fry the marinated chicken. Keep the pieces aside.
3. Into the same oil, add in a pinch of cardamom and mace. Also drop in some sliced onion and a pinch of salt. Saute. When it turns gold brown, add in ginger garlic paste, some diced tomato, green chilli, turmeric powder, chilli powder, paprika powder, garam masala powder and mix well in low flame. Grind the masala once cooked.
4. Get a pan, add in some butter and drop in the grided masala paste. Add along cashew paste, fresh cream, and some lukewarm water. Mix well.
5. Once cooked, Add in the shallow fried chicken. Drop in some kasuri methi, and a pinch of sugar. Mix well and let it cook for 15-20 mins.
The delicious dish is ready to be served.!
