Butter Chicken
Ingredients:
Marination:
2Lb Chicken Boneless
1&1/2 Cup Yogurt
4 TbSP Lemon Juice
1&1/2 TbSp Cumin Seeds
1 TbSP Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
1 TbSP Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tsp Salt or as required
Sauce:
1/2 Cup Cilantro
2 TbSp Unsalted Butter
4 Garlic Cloves Minced
4 TbSP Green Chillies Minced
1&1/2 TbSp Ground Coriander
1 TbSp Paprika Powder
1 TbSp Garam Masala Powder
4.5 Oz Tomato Sauce
1-2 Cup Heavy whipping cream
1/4 Tsp Salt
Method:
Marinate the chicken over night or 2-3 hours with the yogurt, lemon juice, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, cinnamon powder, salt, and ginger garlic paste. Put the desired oil and fry the chicken until the yogurt simmers init or 15-20 minutes. Put the butter in the pan and add cilantro, green chillies, and minced garlic. Fry it little bit than add tomato sauce, coriander powder, paprika, garam masala powder and salt. Cook for 5 minutes. Now add this tomato paste in the already cooked chicken than after 5 minutes add heavy whipping cream and cook again until everything simmers together.
