Buffalo Chicken Wings Ingredients:
First Mixture:
Chicken Wings – 1 Kg
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 Tsp
Salt to taste
Black Pepper Powder – 2 Tsp
Paprika Powder – 1½ Tbsp
Chilli Powder or chilli flakes to your taste
Mix all and marinate for 15 – 20 min
Second Mixture:
Plain Flour – 190 gm
Corn Flour – 2 Tbsp
Chilli Powder to taste
Black Pepper – 1 Tsp
Paprika Powder – 2 Tsp
Salt to taste
Mix well and coat the chicken wings with the mixture properly
Oil to fry the chicken wings
Sauce ingredients:
Butter – 50 gm
Hot Sauce of your choice – 190 ml
Sugar or honey – 2 Tsp ( I used hot sweet chilli sauce so it already have sugar so I didn’t needed to add any extra sugar or honey)
Paprika Powder – 1 Tbsp
Vinegar – 1 Tsp
Soya Sauce – 1/8 Tsp
Water – 70 ml
Corn Flour – 1/2 Tbsp
Tomato Ketchup – 1 Tbsp
Salt to taste
Garnish with anything of your choice – Sesame seeds, spring onion, chives etc
