BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS RECIPE

1/4 Kg. Chicken Wings

For the Marinade:

1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
1/4 Tsp. Paprika
1/8 Tsp. Pepper
1/2 Tsp. Minced Garlic

For the Sauce:

2 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine
1 Tbsp. Hot Sauce
1 Tbsp. Tomato Sauce
1/2 Tbsp. Cornstarch dissolved in 1/2 Tbsp. water
1/4 Tsp. Chili flakes you can add more if you want super spicy
1/4 Tsp. Paprika
1 1/2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 Tsp. Fresh Calamansi Juice

For the coating:

1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/4 Cup Cornstarch

For Frying:

2 Cups of Cooking oil

***Please prepare all the ingredients before you start cooking. You can also double the recipe.
