INGREDIENTS:
• Omelette Sandwich
– 3 Eggs – 1.50 AED
– ½ an Onion – 25 fils
– ½ Tomato – 25 fils
– 1 Green Chilli – 15 fils
– Coriander & Coriander stalk – 25 fils
– ½ ginger knob – 50 fils
– Salt to taste
– 2 tsp Black pepper powder – 50 fils
– 2 tsp Smoked Paprika – 50 fils
– 2 leaves of Lettuce – 25 fils
– 2 slices of oatmeal bread – 3 AED
– Drizzle of Ketchup & Mayonnaise – 2 AED
– 3 tbsp of butter – 1.50 AED
• Macaroni Chili (recipe serves 2 people)
– 1 Onion – 50 fils
– 1 Red bell pepper – 75 fils
– ½ can of red kidney beans – 1.25 AED
– ½ cup of frozen corn – 75 fils
– 2 TBSP of Tomato paste – 75 fils
– ½ can of Stewed tomatoes – 2 AED
– 150-200 gms of Macaroni – 2 AED
– 1-2 TBSP Smoked Paprika – 1 AED
– 1 TBSP Cumin – 25 fils
– Salt to taste
– 1 Beef stock cube – 50 fils
– 40 gms of cheddar cheese – 1.50 AED
– 1 TBSP of chili flakes and coriander leaves – 1.50 AED
• Tuna Salad
– 1 Can of Light meat Tuna – 4.50 AED
– ½ an Onion – 25 fils
– ½ Tomato – 25 fils
– 1 Green Chilli – 15 fils
– Coriander & Coriander stalk – 25 fils

– Salt to taste
