Nutrition for Cupcakes: Time stamp 2:54
*Nutrition per serving may vary due to food brands you use*

Ingredients
1 cup Dark Chocolate Bar, chopped
4 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
3/4 cup Sugar
3/4 cup All Purpose Flour
3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Paprika
3 Tbsp Milk
4 Tbsp Egg Whites
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions
-Preheat oven to 325° F
-In a large microwave safe bowl add chopped chocolate and butter. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir then microwave for another 15 seconds and stir, continue adding 15 seconds until all chocolate is melted. Then stir in the sugar.
-In a separate bowl mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt and paprika. Add half of this mixture into the large bowl and stir
-Add in milk, egg whites and vanilla, stirring until all ingredients are incorporated. Now add the last half of the dry mixture and stir just until ingredients are combined.
-In a 18×13 pan with parchment paper, spread the mixture as a thin layer. Try to get this layer as even as possible and as thin as possible as this will give you the best results.
-Bake for 20 minutes, then remove from oven and cut into square pieces. Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes. Then remove from oven and let cool until the pieces crisp up (about 10 minutes).

P.S. If you like sweeter desserts, I suggest using semi sweet or milk chocolate bar instead of dark chocolate. I personally like dark chocolate better so that is why I chose dark 😋
