This recipe is super easy & simple to make but it is super healthy and yummy. Salmon fish is very rich in Omega 3 fatty acid that is beneficial to our heart & helping our skin glow and healthy. It is also rich in protein, vitamin B, potassium, selenium, antioxidants, and many more. It is also good for those who are on a diet because it helps in weight control.
The ingredients are:
1.600g-Salmon Fish fillet
2.4 tbsp-Honey
3.4 cloves-Garlic
4.2 tbsp-Soy sauce
5.½ pc.- Lemon
6. 2 Tbsp-Butter
7.pinch of salt, ground pepper & paprika.
8.1tbsp- olive oil ( cooking oil)
procedure:
pan fry the salmon fish for 10 mins on medium heat until brown. Approximately 5 minutes for each side.
combined all ingredients and broil it in the oven for another 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 350°f.
After 10-15 minutes, remove it from the oven and transfer it to a plate. Garnish with a lemon slices on top & serve. Enjoy your meal.
