🌿 Ingredients:
12- 22 garlic cloves
1/2 cup of fresh ginger
2 sprigs of Oregano leaves
Raw Honey

it is my recommendation that all ingredients used are organic and sourced as locally as possible .

🍯 Instruction:
combine the garlic, ginger and oregano in a jar
Put a tight fitting lid and invert it several times to coat all the herbs in honey.
place in a dark place for a month to let it ferment.
take 1 tablespoon of honey AT THE FIRST SIGN of sickness
take once or twice daily throughout cold and flu.
