1 tsp jalapeno garlic pepper (good as can be; click link above to shop)
1 tsp cajun lemon pepper (good as can be; click link above to shop)
2 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
3/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1tsp of kosher or sea salt

Place seasoning on shrimp or a firm piece of fish (salmon, mahi mahi, catfish etc). Pat the seasoning into the fish to make sure it sticks. Put extra virgin olive oil in a skillet. Turn heat up high. Once skillet is hot, add seafood then turn heat down to medium. Cook the fish on one side for 2-3 minutes (shrimp cooks in about 45 seconds to one minute) then flip it over add a pat of butter to the skillet along with a few sprigs of fresh thyme. Squeeze lemon juice onto the seafood.
