For Salmon:
1/2 tbsp thyme
1/2 tbsp paprika
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp old bay
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Dash of Italian season
Dash of parsley
1 tbsp of minced Garlic
Grill each side of salmon for 5 minutes on med to high heat
For shrimps :
1/8 tsp old bay
1/8 tsp garlic powder
Dash of parsley
Dash of thyme
Grill shrimp 2 minutes on each side med to high heat
For sauce :
Low to medium heat
2tbsp of butter
1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
Sauté until onion are transparent
Add desire amount of white wine (I used about 1/3 cup)
Simmer for 2 mintues
Add 1/3 cup heavy cream
Simmer and stir for about 5 minutes on med to high heat. Add dash of salt and pepper to taste (optional). Add shrimps .
