RESEP DALAM BAHASA INDONESIA :
Berikut bahan-bahannya:
Untuk bumbu daging: 1 sdm lada hitam bubuk, 1 sdm saus tiram, 1 sdm kecap manis, dan 1 sdt garam.

Bahan – bahan lainnya :
Daging sapi tenderloin 250 gr, Campuran paprika (merah 1/2 buah; Kuning 1/2 buah, hijau 1/2 buah), Bawang Bombay 2 buah, Jahe 30 gr, saus tiram 1 sdm, kecap manis 1 sdm, 1 sdm, air 300 ml, garam 1 sdt, lada hitam bubuk 1 sdm, gula aren 30 gr, 1/2 bungkus kecil daging sapi blok maggie, minyak sayur / minyak wijen 50 ml atau mentega 30 g.

Caranya:
1. Potong 250 gr daging sapi tenderloin menjadi potongan kecil-kecil
2..Lumuri 250 gr beef tenderloin atau fillet steak yang sudah dipotong kecil-kecil dengan 1 sdm saus tiram, 1 sdm kecap manis, 1 sdt garam dan 1 sdm merica bubuk, lalu aduk rata. Tutup dengan plastik kemudian simpan di lemari es selama 30 menit.
3.Sementara itu potong paprika menjadi potongan korek api , Kupas bawang bombay dan jahe lalu lakukan potongan yang sama seperti paprika. Dan Cincang halus bawang putih.
4. Panaskan wajan dengan api sedang, masukan mentega atau minyak sayur atau minyak wijen, kemudian masukkan bawang bombay tumis sampai harusm, kemudian masukan bawang putih juga irirsan jahe. Tumis sampai harum.
5. Masukkan daging sapi yang sudah di bumbui sebelumnya, aduk rata, masak sampai setengah matang dagingnya.
6. Tambahkan saos tiram, kecap manis, gula merah, maggie blok, lada hitam. Kemudian tambahkan air secukupnya. Lalu masak beberap menit.
7. Kemudian masuk irisan campuran paprika. Masak beberap menit. Lalu siap di sajikan dengan nasi putih.
