Ingredients –
1. 2 large/medium organic onions
2. Collard greens – 1 bunch
3. Black-eyed peas – 16 oz (1 lb)
4. 4 organic tomatoes
5. Garlic – 3 small

Spices & oils –
1. Organic, unrefined coconut oil – 6 full Tablespoons
2. Organic Sea salt – per taste. Add less first, you can always adjust later.
3. Smoked paprika – 3 Teaspoons. Add less first, you can always adjust later. So, if you don’t know, start with 1 teaspoon.
4. Black pepper – 2 Teaspoon
5. Cumin & coriander powder – 1 Teaspoon
6. Curry powder – 1 Teaspoon
7. Cumin seeds – 4 Tablespoons
8. Bay leaves powder – 1 to 2 Teaspoon
9. Thyme – 1 Teaspoon
