Black bean recipe.
Ingredients:
Black Beans
Corn
Mayo
Garlic Powder
Pink salt
Paprika
Mix all together.
I love to eat with “buttery” toast. I use non dairy butter. I usually stay full for several hours.
Black Beans is good to do research on, very nutritious and excellent for digestion.
From my research the more black beans you eat, your intestines build a bacteria from them and there is less of a rooty tooty fresh and fruity response. : ) lol lol
