Tea: Jade Citrus Mint x Teavana

Note: Your moisture level is going to depend on the amount of veggies you add in. Make sure to balance out the moisture with your rolled oats.
Burgers too soft? Don’t worry love! Pulse up some extra rolled oats and add it to your mixture. Let mixture sit for about 15 min to absorb the excess moisture.
Ingredients:
2 cans Black Beans
1 Bell Pepper (half this for a firmer burger)
1 Jalapeno Pepper (optional)
1 1/2 tsp Minced Onions, dried
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/4 tsp Pink Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/4 tsp Cumin
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce (Grab the vegan friendly version to make this dish fully vegan)
1 tsp Maple Syrup
1/4 cup walnuts (I used the Bacon Flavored Walnuts x Diamond of California)
2 cups Rolled Oats (only use 1 cup if you use half the bell pepper! You can dry out your burger if you add too much)
