Bierock is a yeast dough pastry pocket with savoury filling, from eastern Europe, possibly from Russia.

Recipe:

for dough:
– 400g flour
– 10g salt
– 3g dry yeast
– 260ml water
– 1tbsp olive oil

for the filling:
– 500g beef mince
– 1 onion
– salt and pepper
– fresh thyme
– garlic powder
– paprika
– cheese
