This is a recipe for frying pan garlic pepper chicken thighs.  usually marinate black pepper chicken thighs using garlic powder and onion powder, but in this recipe I use natural garlic and onion, which makes the taste sharper than the aroma of garlic.  it might be a little complicated when frying it using pan because garlic burns easily when it’s on the frying too long so you have to pay attention when the garlic starts to turn black, we have to pick it up using a spatula.  but do you know that the aroma of garlic makes the taste even more perfect with its distinctive aroma, in my opinion it’s not a big problem because it makes the taste even more perfect.  I often make this recipe at home, because actually I prefer a taste like this which only uses natural ingredients without the addition of soy sauce.  if you don’t like frying on a pan you can also grill it.  and if you are looking for a recipe for cooking chicken thighs, I think this is a recipe that you must try to complement dinner or lunch because it has a very delicious taste in every bite that makes the taste even more enjoyable.

ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasonin
1 tsp salt
0,5 tsp paprika powder
5 cloves of garlic, chopped
50 g onion, diced
1 tbsp lime juice
2 chicken thighs weighing 500 grams
1 tbsp butter
black pepper to taste
parsley/ celery to taste
process
-Wipe dry the chicken thighs using kitchen tissue to reduce the water content in the chicken thighs, Make an incision in the chicken thigh, so that the spices can easily seep in
-Prepare the marinade in a container, olive oil, black pepper, Italian seasoning, salt, paprika powder, garlic, onion and add 1 tbsp lime juice, Spread the chicken thigh seasoning evenly,
store in refrigerator, marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
-when frying chicken thighs only need a little oil, because when marinating it already contains enough oil.
-Fry the chicken thighs over medium-low heat until golden brown on both sides
-add butter and black pepper, cook until butter melts and add parsley to taste, mix well the black pepper, butter and parsley/celery
-turn off the heat and ready to serve
