This Tuna Pasta is easy to make and perfect for pack lunch. You can also mix match vegetables, incorporate more of what your kids enjoy.
Below are the ingredients used:
For dressing;
1 cup authentic Greek yoghurt
2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
1 teaspoon milled black Peppercorns

2 cups pasta

Vegetables used;
3 medium carrots
1 medium cucumber (cored and chopped)
3 tin tuna in sunflower oil (oil drained)
To Grill chicken;
1 kg chicken legs
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon peppercorns
1 teaspoon cardamom
