Best Southern Fried Chicken Burger

On this episode of How To Food I will show you how to make a Southern fried chicken burger as well as fried chicken and fried sriracha chicken wings.
We will also be making a red onion pickle.

Ingredients you’ll need:
2L of Oil for frying

Fried Chicken Brine-
1 Whole chicken or pack of chicken pieces
500ml Buttermilk or Buttermilk substitute (milk with vinegar or lemon juice)
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Sriracha
Place in fridge overnight

Fried Chicken Breading Station-
1 Cup of all-purpose flour
50g of cornstarch
15g of baking powder
Paprika
Cayenne
Salt
Pepper

Red Onion Pickle-
200ml Water
200ml Vinegar (Apple Cider)
45g Sugar
15g Salt

Southern Fried Chicken Burger Sauce and Assembly-
30ml of Mayonnaise
30ml of Sriracha
Soft Buns
Iceberg Lettuce
