–Teriyaki chicken–
Marinate 4 chicken tights overnight
Your favorite teriyaki marinade
You can also add 1 minced garlic
1 tbsp of brown sugar or honey
A few drops of sesame oil
–Blacked chicken–
2 chicken tights
Kinder’s Cali’s blackened seasoning
Paprika
Chipotle chili pepper
Salt to taste
–Ground Turkey–
1.5-2 lbs ground turkey
1 small bag of spinach
1 small container of sliced white mushrooms
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp italian seasoning or italian herbs
Alfredo sauce
Tomato and basil sauce (pasta sauce)
–Bomb Salmon–
2 salmon fillets
2 lemons
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro
Fresh thyme
2 minced garlics
–Rice–
1 cup of Jasmin rice
1.5 cups water
2 limes
1/8-1/4 cup of fresh cilantro
1 tsp olive oil
Pinch of salt
–Frozen Veggies–
