My meatloaf recipe was accidental. One night when I was out of ketchup, I used pizza sauce, it is the best meatloaf that I’ve ever tasted, I will never go back to my regular recipe!

Colleen’s Pepperoni pizza meatloaf:
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1.5 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoons Worcestershire
2 eggs
2 cups breadcrumbs or crackers +/-
1/2 cup milk
2 pounds beef (I use 90/10)
1 cup pizza sauce + little on top
1 pack thin cut pepperoni
1-2 cups mozzarella cheese

Optional: a small green pepper & 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning.
Bake at 370 for about 50-55 minutes
