I have MANY versions of baking Mac n cheese, this is one of them. Not my usually cheese used, tried something different today, and It came out delicious!

Ingredients used in this recipe:

•1 stick unsalted butter sweet cream
•Elbow pasta
•1 cup of shredded Gouda cheese, half a bag of sharp cheddar cheese, and half a stick of cream cheese.
•1 can of evaporated milk and 2 cups of heavy cream
Paprika, salt to your taste, black pepper, pinch of garlic powder
•chopped onions and minced garlic
•some patience and love for your food 🥰

I baked for 35-40 min until golden brown under 400 degrees
