75 gm Tahini paste ( more or less According of the Thickness )
50 ml Lemon Juice
50-75 ml Sunflower Oil
03-05 ice cube (As Needed)

100 gm chickpeas ( soaked in water over night )
02 gm Cumins powder
02 gm Salt
01 gm Smoked Paprika powder
02 gm Ginger Powder
10 ml olive oil
Green Chilli Garlic Oil Recipe : ( Hummus Recipe Garnish )
05-07 gm Garlic
2 gm Salt
15 gm Green Chilli
25 ml Lemon juice
50 ml Olive Oil
I used for Hummus Garnish
Boiled chickpeas ,Roasted sesame seeds , Sumac Powder, Mints leaves and Olive Oil
