Best Gluten Free, Soy Free, Dairy Free Hummus Ever!

Ingredients:
2 cans (15 ounces each) rinsed, drained and skinned chick peas
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (more or less according to your taste)
Garlic cloves (as many or few as you like)
3-5 TBSP ice cold water
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
6-8 TBSP Olive oil
Garnish of your choice

After cleaning, rinsing and draining chick peas, add the to the bowl of a food processor.
Add lemon juice, garlic, salt, cumin, and smoked paprika.
Process on high speed for 2-3 minutes then scrape down sides of bowl.
Process until the peas are chopped.
Add cold water and pulse a couple of times.
Add Oil as needed to make the hummus as creamy as you would like.
Taste and add additional seasoning as needed.
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish. Add a small amount of olive oil on top of hummus and serve.
