PAN FRIED FISH
INGREDIENTS:
White Fish Filet (bass, cat fish, cod, flounder, mahi mahi, tilapia)
DRY MIX:
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp creole seasoning
2 tbsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Mix well
WET MIX
3 eggs
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp hot sauce (TEXAS PETE)
1 tbsp sour cream
Mix well
oil for frying
1 inch Oil for frying in the pan.
Fry 3 min each side on medium heat.
