1 and 1/2 Capsicum and 2 tomatoes (blended into puree form)
2 Tbsp Gimger and Garlic Paste
Juice of 1 lemon
2 Green Chillis and 2 medium size onions
2 Tbsp Coriander Powder
1 Tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
2 Tsp Garam Masala
1 Tsp Turmeric
1 Tbsp and 1/2 Red Chilli Powder (Add as per taste)
Salt as per taste
2 Tbsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
1 Tbsp Vinegar
3 Tbsp Plain yoghurt
1 and 1/3 Tbsp Tandoori Masala
1/2 Tbsp Paprika Powder
3 to 4 Tbsp olive oil
32 Pieces chicken legs drumsticks/thighs
16 each
