Instant Pot is one of best cooker I ever used. Great for vegan or plant based recipes too. Tried out this best ever creamy mixed bean soup with black beans, green peas, chick peas and sweet corn.

I am not a hardcore vegan but I like eating plant based foods. I did try a whole food plant based lifestyle before and it eas great. Due to unfottunate events I returned to eating regular foods. But I still enjoy cooking and making plant based foods from time to time.
